Hi there! I'm Ziggy, the creative force behind FreeBird Studios.

Growing up in rural Wisconsin, I spent countless hours exploring the rolling hills and forests, fostering a deep connection with nature. My parents, avid outdoors enthusiasts, instilled in me a love for adventure and the great outdoors. As an adult, I've taken many roadtrips across the West, sleeping in the back of my partner's trusty Subaru Forester. It was during these journeys that I began combining my passions for adventure and photography, leading me to establish FreeBird Studios.

As a photographer and lifelong adventurer, I bring my unique perspective and enthusiasm for the outdoors to every shoot. I understand that posing for photos can be uncomfortable (even I struggle with it!), which is why my goal is to make you feel at ease in front of the camera. My approach is all about helping you relax and be your authentic self.

As a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, I am dedicated to fostering an inclusive and safe environment at FreeBird Studios. My mission is to ensure that everyone, regardless of their identity, feels welcome and valued.
